EDITORIAL: False reports about guns

From Tea Parties to Town Halls, the "extreme desperation" I've witnessed over the past 6 months has ALL come from the right. The irony in these statements is that millions of us gun-owning liberals value the 2nd Amendment FAR MORE than gun-toting protesters who are just looking for attention. We live the 2nd Amendment. We don't politicize it.

This whole thread is some truly entertaining comedy.

I guess my poiint is we don't see any tension up north except for some drunk hunter in the bar telling another, "those fucking democrats are going to try and take our guns away!" Which I really haven't heard of them trying to do. Didn't really know that was an issue. Nobody has ever told me I couldn't buy a gun. :shrug: :shrug: We don't have an ammo shortage up north so I am a little obtuse to what maybe going on in the rest of the country..

Interesting enough... they have been talking more about guarding the border way up there.. Increased security and so forth.. Look up Embarrass MN on google.. Coldest place in the US.. I live about an hour from there. I am seriously thinking about moving the fuck out of here by the time I am 40.. 4 years to go.. My best friend from here spent a couple years in Flagler Beach, Florida... He loved it there.. Have I stated anywhere in this thread that revolt is an option? I do question those that think it could not happen. There are many groups with a large membership that would stand up to others that step on the constitution, as a last resort. Of course, you won't find advertisments in your subscription to better homes an gardens. But they can be found. This is not about touting your guns, it's about remembering or reminding what freedom is all about. I am not a screaming profanic lefty or righty. I lean conservitive, but feel government as a whole is losing its moral compass.
