From what I heard during the Alabama radio broadcast last week they had a lot of rain leading up to the UNT game but the field drains very well and was in good shape. Would imagine the field will not be as bad as expected in T-town.

i work at a golf course about 40 minutes away from tuscaloosa. We have been watching it rain all morning. Lightning has been all around us. It looks like there is another line coming that should hit ttown just before kick.

In Tuscaloosa now and its coming down. The field drains extremely well, dont think the rain should be that much of a factor for Bama. I dont know how well Mallett will throw in the rain though. Footballs are hardest to throw when they first get wet but once they became really wet/saturated its not a problem. Mallett my have trouble early.

Joker and I played golf this AM. We got in 9 holes but the skies opened. It's freaking unreal how much rain we're getting right now!

The field at Bryant-Denny in Tucaloosa is in ideal condition according to the groundskeeper. It looks good from my seat too.
