Computer question

[PGS]

The computer was shut down accidently by the power bar.
Now the computer goes on. The monitor goes on but the monitor says there is no signal.
Any ideas as to what could be the problem?

Have you tried unplugging the power cord from the surge protector and reconnecting?

Have you tried the monitor on another computer?
