Average at best. Seems like he's a nice enough guy, but results on the field are what matter. Was a Cowboys fan until we moved to Indy in '88 so I've been a Colts fan since. Hate it for Romo but enjoy seeing this team blow up in Jerry Jones' face. Gotta believe there will be some major shakeups in the off-season. Don't see Phillips surviving unless they go on a miracle run. Hell, then entire staff might get pink slipped.
A few weeks ago, Troy Aikman was a guest on Michael Irvin's radio show and had this to say about Romo, "I think maybe things happened so quickly for Tony in terms of obscurity to all of a sudden national spotlight that he hasn't fully grasped what being the Cowboys quarterback is all about."

Tony Romo has a strong arm, and very good mobility, but he wasn't very accurate with his throws yesterday, which basically trump his strong points.
You can have all the tools, but if you can't place the ball in tight spaces and be accurate...
