Does anyone else find this somewhat odd??

Let me first say that I know little to nothing about either team with the exception that I know BG QB is Sheehan.

THE TOTAL IN THE BOWLING GREEN @ BALL ST GAME IS 54.

Bowling Green is scoring 24.7 a game which is not terrible and they average over 405 yards a game.
Ball St is scoring 20.3 a game.

Here is the glaring number:
Bowling Green gives up 31.0 points per game.
Ball St gives up 30.3 points per game.
And both defenses give up 400 yards per game.

Look at the last 3 games for BG:
Won 36-35 at Kent (Kent entered game scoring 13.8 per game against some bad teams)
Lost 44-37 vs Ohio (Most points Ohio scored all season by 13)
Lost 49-14 vs Boise

Look at the last 3 games for Ball St:
Lost 24-19 at Temple (no offensive juggernaut)
Lost 37-30 vs Toledo
Lost 54-30 @ Auburn (Put up 30 on Auburn)

I know Ball St should have all kinds of trouble stopping Sheehan and Bowling Green.
My question is why should I think BG can stop Ball after Kent and Ohio were able to score at will on them?

I need somebody to talk me off this ledge or push me.:142smilie

I think this number should be around 60.

THE ONLY THING THAT SCARES ME IS BALL ST NOT BEING ABLE TO SCORE AT LEAST 17-24

That is my biggest fear but the numbers tell me otherwise.
They score over 20 a game though and BG gives up 30+.
Add in that Ball is at home and I think they will be good for 20-27 points..

staying away from the total and hammering bg-3...gl

Well I figure if the over doesn't hit then it will be like we said as Ball St doesn't score enough.
I still like the over more.

Try to get the day off great as I got a good chunck on Texas and going to play this for this game:

BG/Ball over 54 for 165 wins 150

Also Bowling Green(-3) for 110 wins 100.

Hope for the double.

Good luck all.

Over is a loser.
Salvaged BG cover but still lost money on what I thought was a winner 20 minutes ago.

FRUSTRATAING

I knew that under was gold

Of course.
I was the one building it up :142smilie

I think I may have found yet another one that baffles me.

OVER 53 NAVY/SMU.

Thought it would be around 60.

I think Navy is good for 40+ in this one.
SMU can score as well.
