Makes sense to wait til ESPN comes on the air to decide if the weather warrants an under play. There have been 2 ESPN weeknight games recently where it was totally pouring when they came on the air, the latest was La-Monroe. I played both under for 1st half, it was 24.5 on the Monroe game, both easy winners. In my opinion only a total downpour or a very strong crosswind is reason enough to forget the other factors and play the under based on the weather.
