Rutgers over 40...:SIB Llike both special teams to get decient starting filed position both to avg around 35yrd line for all 4quarters....Army will have a wrinkle or two tonight...also see some playaction post & comeback routes....Rutgers has to throw the ball to win tonight the freshman savage will have time he just has to have his feet under him.....both units have freshman QB's I honestly don't see to many turnovers tonight...they will both manage the game...field position & penalties will determine why the points will be scored
