I wouldn't count your eggs so fast, its game 1. If they win tonight then theres genuine concern for Yanks fans. I don't see the infatuation with Pedro, he's not exactly a spring chicken and I doubt he makes it past 5, just my opinion. The Phils didn't get him off the scrap heap for nothing.

Yeah - Pedro has only been dreaming of this shot for how long??? Dont count him out - - laying 185 against a team that can hang a 3 or 4 spot on you in ANY inning is just ludicrous. Made it past 5 vs LAD......and he's plenty rested. NYY clearly has a problem with location, lots of lunging last night vs Lee. I dont see tonight being much different - IMHO

would have liked the Yankees if Pettite was pitching but Burnett looked like he was throwing BP to Angels, if he does that to Philly, ouch!!!
