don`t follow baseball all that closely anymore....bores me...but i watch some of the playoffs...

and speaking of being bored,cliff lee looked positively bored out there last night...., he was almost yawning dismissively as he got the teeth of the yankees lineup to strike out or ground out......

every move...every twitch just seemed to say '"is that all you got?".....and if it goes 7,they get to see him twice more....oh boy!...

the guy was f-cking masterful..

Started running today. Made it 2 laps around the track, which is about what I was expecting. 3 laps tomorrow. Going to get in shape for the apocolypse.

i think you should backtrack and capitalize the "a" in appocalypse(so's not to affect your running/goal karma)....take it from this jonah (i.e. hippo contest)......
