UNIONDALE, NY (WIVB) - The flu bug us biting the Sabres, and they will be shorthanded for tonight's game against the Islanders. Paul Gaustad and Pat Kaleta will miss the game due to illness.
But Andrej Sekera will return to the lineup, after missing the last seven games with a knee injury.
That will prompt the move of Nathan Paetsch from defense to forward.
No official work from Long Island, but there's a chance that Patrick Lalime will make his second start. Ryan Miller has played four straight games. The Sabres only loss came with Lalime in the nets against the Thrashers.
