kc - can I get your quick thoughts on the Nebraska play? With them starting the new QB, they showed at Baylor the offense still isn't effective. Baylor has given up some ton of yards to teams but held Nebraska to 273. Thanks and gl on all your plays.

Same ? as Poon. The Ok/Neb line went down to 5'. I think Okie has a better def (close) and a lot better offense and more speed. Freshman QB against Ok's def (which hadd not been as good lately) seems like a mis-match and an easy cover for Okie. Why do yu like Neb in this spot. Thanks

As for the Nebraska pick, Cody Green seems to be the real deal, jumping the Huskers offense into a whole new league. I disagree on who has the better defense. One can say Nebraska needs this more & looking for a little payback after getting embarrassed last year. It has been awhile since the Sooners have gone to Lincoln. Last and most important, there was a very respected sharp player down on Nebraska. The same group took these 3 last week, all winners and not at all popular:

Auburn +3.5, won out right.
Miss St. +3.5, won out right on the road.
Minnesota +5, won out right.

Tulsa falls in the same category as Nebraska this week. I see they are down to +1.5 now. Hope this helps some, as it is more info than I like to give out. If I would keep my hands off some other plays, I'd be doing very well this year.

Good luck Mr. Poon and Hawkeye this week! I know from your performances, you don't need my help. :D

Well out of my big time respect for KC and what he does, I'm staying off of this game after looking at making a play on Okie.

I'm not seeing what others have seen in Nebraska. I know Thunder said before the Tech game that they were an elite team and their D was one of the best. I just haven't seen it. Their O is just flat out bad. I'm not sure it's either of the QBs fault. I think they lack speed at the skill positions and their line doesn't seem great to me.

Maybe I haven't seen enough of them to fully know but I've watched 3 full games and that was enough for me. They actually appear to be a more focused team on the road(IMO).

Good luck with your play KC!

Thanks for the info KC-I respect it highly. Just an interesting line. Also I thought the Ok St/ISU was lower than I thought. I think ISU keeps their young QB in also.--GL

Wayne--

I really like Oregon-7 based on their personnel, match-ups and coaching. I've watched them all year and I actually think they're getting better with each game. Blount's still off the field and using the scout team to show the defense what Stanford's Gerhart runs like.

Ducks winning by an average of 30 points in their PAC 10 games. Can't remember that kind of dominance. Ever. Oh, wait, USC . . .

Boise State's tough win tonight an obvious double-edged sword for OR because it may have helped in BCS eyes in one way and hurt them in another. In any event, they need to keep Stanford from getting their crucial bowl-eligible-sixth Saturday and impress at the same time.

The Ducks two top rushers--Masoli and James--are both in the top ten in PAC 10 rushing. Stanford's mediocre rushing D will be challenged by those two. Either Barner or Owusu could score a special teams TD and I'm leaning to the over here, too.

Chip Kelly vs Harbaugh is a mismatch, IMO, too.

I'd value your opinion. Jeff, if you're in here, wondering what you think, too.
