Plan A: make other peoples children retarded with bad vaccines. Save a life! By allowing the elites to destroy your kids brain , your over competitive children might destroy lives of the elites. Save the lives of the elites, destroy your kids! Vaccines save the lifestyles of the lazy, corrupted, powerful.

Plan B: Flouridate the water. This causes brain dammage and destroyes the thyroid. A low functiong thyroid mimics mental illness. Kids with low functiong thyroids are more likely to self medicate.

Plan C: Put soy beans and soy bean oil in everything especially public school lunches. Soybean oil destroys the thyroid and ,makes people fat. Cattle are fed soy beans in order to fatten them up.

Plan D: Take advantage of children who due to thyroid problems are muddy thinkers by setting them up to commit crimes or just arrest them on trumped up charges.

When all else fails draft or force other people?s children into the military where they can die in bogus wars.

Scumbags!:sadwave:

To quote DTB, go into the military, there is no downside:mj07: Yea, unless you have to kill someone, or get killed, or maimed, or soak up all the DU we are spreading over there and your kids have birth defects, or you are psychologically damaged for life, or, or........

I have a diff opinion Chad--I went through the scenerio's above and came out a better person for it-I believe.
I believe service would be good for everyone--teaches them discipline among other things.

Had you had same experience as I --you may have had your own ins agency 20 years from now--instead of taking the Obama (retreat/surrender/quit) avenue when things get tough.

I prefer the Lomdardi attitude--

Again, to simply say that conservatives are hard workers and liberals are not is simply wrong. But I digress.

Again, I note the mention of the insurance agency, and what you've built. I wonder how much of that empire has been made off the backs of hard working people that have no real recourse other than paying rapidly escalating prices over the years? And arguing over what bills and services are to be paid by them when denied? Just a thought.

I also think that we have seen many military scenarios that are far less rosy than yours, Wayne. Inclusive of all the military personnel that have died over the years, when never honestly expecting that they would. Or, National Guard members, who never expected to be sent to places like Iraq for extended periods, that kind of thing.

There is good and bad in most situations. I don't think many people honestly think the military is the best place for their own children at this stage of history. I certainly don't think it's a good prospect for my kids, or grandchild. And George Bush and Dick Cheney played a large role in that thinking, I can assure you.

I think thats pretty obvious. Most people are waking up to the fact that these wars are waged and lives lost only to fatten the pockets of the rich in this country.

Never said everyone should be in combat situation--I'm talking about the dicipline you learn in 1st 6 months. One year would be plenty to be mandatory.

It would do wonders for those with the attitude of those with motto of-when the going gets tough quit--its not my fault--but might not serve the ear ring/nose ring industry too well.

On ins industry--you have less then 12% that start in business that remain over 5 years.
Reason--it is competetive busuiness and all players have same products and rates for most part. Only thig that seperates the those that are successful is same as most businesses--service.

I have probably discussed insurance issues with a dozen forum members via email over the years here--all with same objective--to help them with issue at hand--advising them on finding agent in their area--and offering them help on any claim issues if their agent did not follow up. I have never solicited one piece of business from a MJ member and would not feel right doing so.

As matter of fact it has been over 10 years since I have solicited any business actively--have retained most I have ever insured and get ample referals.

I certainly don't have an empire--used to have several agents but not worth hassel of correcting their errors and larceny in some cases. Got rid of them all and not write what I want to write and refer the rest.
My primary objective each day is- take care of those I have and they will take care of me.
My ratio of service work vs writing new business is probably 90/10

WTF is your point? You are saying I took the Obama route? Have no idea what you mean. I had 3 offers for ownership and an offer to start my own State Farm office, turned down all 4. Had no interest. Actually hated the industry, but was happy making what I made and coming and going as I please. Played a ton of golf.

You can post your cute little quotes all you want. None of this changes your idiotic statement, "join the military there is no downside".-------------->:mj07: :mj07:

Wouldn't have commented Chad except you brought me in on your initial thread.

I see--you hated ins job/had no interest

--Yet I believe you did a little shilling in here every now and then--and how many of all clients you had did you tell
I'll be there when you need me--knowing you wouldn't.

Now on the flip side I think you would have made good agent as you are always ready to help people for most part.
I haven't forgot 1st golf trip when we made mess of Jacks lawn--and you and HH were out their in early am cleaning up place while rest of us were snoozing. :)

:mj07: Please let me know where I was soliciting business on here, now that's hilarious.

I worked for 3 different agencies in 8 years. they were all 3 sold, nothing I could do about that. Was offered position to stay on with all 3 and declined. Bottom line is I couldn't take being surrounded by incompetence everywhere I turned. It's kinda like posting in here:tongue

For the record, Wayne, I am not inferring that you have ever done anything wrong or underhanded when it comes to running your business. In fact, I would assume you are a good businessman, and are helpful for your clients. I just happen to think the insurance business has probably changed focus over the years - especially medical insurance, from helping people, to helping the business. I know you probably don't have much to do with setting the costs or deciding claims of any large nature. I think the problem lies much farther up, with the general principles and bottom line focus that goes on. The rise in prices is really something else over the past few years - with no change in sight - depending on who is looking at the picture. Those that benefit from the picture, and those who suffer because of it.

Can't do anything about price Chad-- except shop companies--My own premium is is even non negotiable.
Most my service work is claim related. If claim is denied--many times it is for reasons that can be fixed--wrong procedure codes--wrong physician id #s and one i get all the time is on 1st claim ins co send letter asking insured if they have other coverage--most times insured throws letter trash can and ins co will not pay claim until they get answer. reason is to see if there will be subrogation of benefits.

Ihave had very few claims ever that I thought should have been paid and wasn't. The few I have had have all been related to emergency room and whether event was actually an emergency.

I can readily understand why you are a Obama supporter--been doing a little research and might get on the Gumby Gravy Train and take 99 week vacation and come visit you.

The 99 weeks is length of time wife can draw unempolyment benefits -compliments of bill passed this week. I can opt for no pay for those 99 weeks.

Li's current food budget of $300 a week would be increased to $463 under your food stamp program--
http://www.cdhs.state.co.us/fap/FrequentlyAskedQuestions.htm

We can get assisance on housing-

The Section 8 Rental Voucher Program enables affordable housing choices for very low-income households by permitting families to choose privately owned rental housing. Section 8 (Housing Choice) tenants qualify for federal housing assistance for a number of different reasons. There are no racial, ethnical or other criteria over who may or may not qualify

Free healthcare under Medicade--if we had 2 children could get free ins schips-if income under $80,000 -and yes Chad one on the way counts.:SIB
http://www.co.larimer.co.us/humanservices/assistance/income_limits.htm

--and with all the free time on my hand I could volunteer to coach children--when I'm not playing golf.

Ah-- Change we can believe in.
Nothing like a 99 week vacation on the backs of tax payors :)

Again, you are the only one that has any clue what's dancing in your little brain. Maybe you think you are cute with your little jabs?

I'm not a volunteer coach, nor am I on welfare or any other public assistance or vacation, so again, what is your point? I coach at one of the most prestigious HS's in the state. I run an entire off-season program for kids grade 5-12. My first year I had 71 kids. I am working 7 days a week (literally) and taking 5 classes online to get my masters degree. (got some gov't assistance for that which probably pisses you off). I am making the world a better place with my influence on kids.I chose this route because the insurance world didn't give me that sense of pride, which is probably where your sense of inadequacies come from.

I find it funny that someone who is married to a lady that cannot speak English has the balls to be such a racist.
