Ohio Tuesday night?

OK I loved this play when I saw it but I am looking down the board at a bunch of Cappers I respect.... Spang, Thunder, MasterL, LDB, hedgehog, Hudson, PJ12 all backing ohio as I am... the only guy stating Buff is Goat (both he and Spang have a lot of MAC knowledge in my book)...... I know the line has gone from Ohio +2.5 to +1 but does anyone else feeling like they are in line to kiss the blarney stone, while the locals stare and smile?

I didn't want to write this in my thread but I thought it was interesting.

University at Buffalo sophomore quarterback Zach Maynard and wide receiver Terrell Jackson will both be held out of the first quarter of Tuesday's game against Ohio University because of an undisclosed violation of team policies, the university announced Monday evening.

Redshirt freshman Jerry Davis will start at quarterback against the Bobcats.

Junior tailback Ike Nduka (ankle) and sophomore cornerback Joe Petit (concussion) have been ruled out of the game due to injury. True freshman Jeffvon Gill will earn his first career start at tailback and will be backed up by junior Brandon Thermilus and senior Mario Henry.

The 6-foot-1, 200-pound Davis is 5-for-10 for 59 yards in limited playing time behind Maynard, who has started all nine games for the Bulls this season.

Jackson is a backup behind senior Brett Hamlin and has 11 receptions for 103 yards.


Nduka is their leading rusher, with around 600 yards @6.2 yds. per carry and 6 TDs. (leader in all 3 catagories)

If you are looking for a shread of Buff backing, of all places, Lang has a write up on Buff that actually makes a bit of sense. BUT, he makes no mention of the 1st qtr, or RB out, or the fact that Buff special teams are not so special....just saying

line mov't is obviously from the starting qb and wr for buffalo being forced to sit out the 1st q.

to me, the fact that buffalo is still favored here is fishy. something i just don't like about ohio here.

Hey I like Ohio and feel good about my play but I just thought it was interesting. I actually re-hit Ohio cause I think they are the better team...

I would'nt look to deeply into this game. For 1, it's a mac game, they can get ugly on either side. If you believe the whole, "coach has another teams number" well Buff has that adv.(not the same team this year) Algirythm has this game Buff 25-24, another sites matchup has Ohio 24-20.
I don't think this a load it up game. I'm on Ohio +3 and +.5 1st hf, both small midweek wagers. It should be a close game and turnovers or special team play may decide it?
Take this lightly, but on another forum a student at OU said he spoke with an injured player, he said they should win this one easily. Is that swagger or overconfidence?

I played it earlier in the week, when the line first came out at 3.. Now im a little scared as well.. But not changing my mind as i think this is the right side imo... gl

Ohio are 12-6 ATS L/3 years as a dog....Buffalo are 3-7 ATS L/3 years as a fav. Bulls seem to like the dog spot much better...they are expected to win tonight. I don't think they will.
