NBA: 14-6 +17.56 units
LN: 2-1 +1.76

Charlotte +3.5 -107 x2
ML +145 x1

Two many injuries for the Magic with Cleveland on deck for tomorrow. Looks like Anderson is out again and will be missed again. The Bobcats are 3-0 at home and well rested. A good FT & rebounding team. Sharp money was on Charlotte when the line came out, since has gone back. ML is very low at some sharp books.

Memphis +6.5 -107 x3

I think everyone is aware of the Iverson debacle, so thought it would be wise to look into this game a little farther. A Portland play may look awfully good. I found the contrarian view.

Portland is coming off a 3 game homestand, winning their last two. Portland instigated a 3-guard line-up over their last 2 games. Obviously, it showed positive results with wins over the Spurs and the Timberwolves. Whether they were quality wins is debatable. SA had important injuries, MIN finishing a brutal stretch due to scheduling. The Blazers have played only 2 road games in this early season. They now begin a 5 game road trip with 1 day off, playing 4 in 5 days. (something to keep an eye on)

Memphis is finally home after a 5 game road trip, and their first home game in almost 2 weeks. I look for a good outing off of 2 days rest. Memphis has their only win and all their covers with Iverson out. An last, Memphis was hit with sharp money 20 minutes after the line opened yesterday, dropping it 1 full point. ML is unusually low for this spread.

gl! Maybe something else later.

Thanks utes for the info. Still like it, not much reaction from sharp books.

Looks like they upped it a little much initially...all back down to -4 now, so 1/2 point for carter....makes one wonder if he will really have an impact.

Wolf, love your angle on the Griz. Think I'll jump in with you for a little. Thanks for posting, good luck to you (us).

Hey, what's the local angle on who will eventually be the RB in KC? I've always considered Savage to be the more complete back of the three backups to LJ, but see the value in each. At this rate, I think the lads are playing to have a top pick in the draft and take a stud RB, signing an OL or two. Your thoughts? Thanks...

By the way, are you buying in to the Chris Chambers thing? The only thing I'm reading into this is that the new regime doesn't like Bowe, and that surprises me. What's up?
