Anybody ever play 54 holes of golf in one day?

Nick, 54 holes sounds like a lot of fun. Most I've played in a single day was 36. I think the hardest part will be getting 54 holes in before you run out of daylight. Lot of factors to think about (# in group, pace of group ahead of you) If you start at 7:30 AM you'll prob have good daylight til maybe 6. Thats 630 minutes. If you take no breaks (lunch, bathroom or cart girl gawking) you and your group will need to play each hole at an average of 11.66 minutes. Have a blast! :0corn

Use to all the time at Park City when I startred playing. Been a while since those days however still play 36 a couple times a month.
13 years old when I played 75 holes in one day on a resort course in Missouri. Walking every step. 27 holes with family and 48 holes on my own. It was also the Monday after the U.S. Open, so one of the longest days of the year.
About 10 years ago I played 27 holes of tournament golf (i.e. s-l-o-w) while riding in a cart. Afterwards, it was two gangsomes playing 1-2- Bullfrog :mj06: for another 16 or 18 or 20 holes, all walking.

Played 36 holes - not enough daylight left. There would have been, but it's November and the first 74 degree day in the month and every dick hole in the county shows up to play golf in their overalls.

Anyway - shot a 177 for 36. First time I ever played the course. I will definitely play it again.....very nice.
