I forgot how I loathe to both bet or watch Tony Bennett coached teams. I detest watching a team bring the ball up court and dribble at the top of the key for 30 seconds and then be forced to take a tough shot. Cleveland State is a shell of the team it was last year, yet, Bennett is overcoaching and not letting his players make plays. I doubt CSU can continue to shoot at a 65% clip (1st half) for the 2nd half, but if Virginia continues to dribble, dribble and dribble away the shot clock then CSU will win this game by double digits.

Bennett decided to stop the slow down game for the 2nd half and Virginia absolutely manhandled Cleveland State in the 2nd half. Virginia put up nearly 50 points in the 2nd half after putting up 27 in the 1st half. For the life of me, I have never understood why any coach with a superior team wants to shorten the game, as Tressel is another guy like Bennett that seems to thrive on keeping things close and never deviating from the gameplan. If you have the superior team then lay the wood early and leave no chance for a upset at least in my opinion.
