you look at wind and a frozen ball or frozen field when adding in weather, unless you have a major rain storm or major snow and field is a swamp, needs to be below 26 degrees for filed and ball to start to freeze up. good luck. wind 15 mph + will throw the kicking or passing game off , even more if it is a cross wind.
