As a longtime UNC fan, I'm appalled at such an action, if those were the fans true words then pssh, that was as petty as it gets. Just think what would happen if they allowed alcohol?

Missed your thread dude or i wouldn't have started on of my own. A guy at work told me about it and I couldn't believe it until i saw it for myself.

Roy is just unable to coach a team that isn't stacked from top to bottom. They are in rebuilding mode after a great season and he will be a basket case after they lose 10 games.

Classic Roy. What an ahole. Of course, in the post game, he reverts back to his "Ahh schucks, gosh golly" bullshit persona. This guy is so full of shit it makes me sick. Thank God he left KU, even though his pompous attitude still lingers amongst the KU bball fans. I was sitting behind the KU bench at KU vs. Nova during Self's first year at KU and the KU fans had their panties in a wad because someone could possibly be rooting for Nova in those seats (I had a nickel on Nova- they covered.) Not once did I use foul language, I would just needle them by standing up w/arms raised when Nova would bang a three. This continues throughout the 1st half and I call my Mizzou buddy and tell him the situation then he informs me that Bill Self wears a wig and I should let the cat out of the bag during a KU free throw. The 1st free throw of the 2nd half- you could hear a pin drop when KU was shooting a free throw. So I yell "Nice wig Self!" Needless to say, that didn't go over well, but to make matters worse, his WIFE was sitting directly in front of me! She flipped her/his wig along w/everyone else :142smilie . I apologized b/c I wouldn't have pulled the Ace had I known his wife was right there, but all the big $$ pompous, aholes get security down there and some young usher asks me what the problem is and I tell him that I had flown in from Philly and I am a Nova Law grad rooting for Nova and I have not used any foul language- so there is no problem. He ponders that for a moment and walks off. 2 min later 3 Lawrence cops come down and escort me out and proceed to give me a ride back to my hotel. For the record, I'm a U of AZ grad. :mj07:
