I think this game goes down to the wire with the redbirds maybe winning outright.Mizzou at home and with the ats has been outstanding.But the redbirds have the best player in the MVC in Eldridge at gd.Phillips is the pt gd and that gives them a good gd tandem.Odiakosa at 6'8 is tough inside.Mizzous has surprised everyone with there record.But tonite they meet one of there toughest teams they have faced.Illi won both last yr.Mizzous weakness is rebounding.But playing at home gives them a big advantage but 5.5 pts is way too much.
SIU +2 over Bradley **
SIU has a good backcourt with Dillard and Freeman.Inside they lack size and rebounding.But Bradley isn't any better.SIU got knocked out of the MVC tourney in the 1st round by Bradley last yr.They had 8 months to think about that game.
Passing on Dayton-New Mex..spent a lot of time on that game and I get the exact same number that the gods of vegas are giving.Dayton is one tough team.Love there defense but playing out there is so tough....passing..

boilermaker.....they are good.I think WV is one of the top BE teams....esp when everyone has to come to Morgantown to play them.Butler,Ewbanks,etc but Purdue just destroyed them.Love there defense...players always have their hands in the passing lanes..help side,etc...Painter has done a great job...and Hummel....he took that last shot with a few seconds left....why...he was 7-7...I was impressed because I think WV is very good.

Home court advantage was huge in this game. The difference between the 2 teams is the defense. Purdue may not be the best team in the nation but I'll put their defensive pressure up against any team in the country.
