If Chilress didn't figure out that the spread offense was the way to the Super Bowl then all of Minn. should just throw up their frost bitten hands and quit..

Farve "IS THE STRAW THAT STIRS THE DRINK."

to think or want it otherwise is foolish and just plain stupid..

He was brought there for one reason..

SUPER BOWL WIN..

anything else is FAILURE...

ya dance with the girl ya brought to the party.

One thing that playing in Minnesota this year has really showed for Favre - there is such a huge advantage playing all your home games in a dome as a QB (also for kickers, but who cares about them :mj07: )

Favre playing all those years in the cold of GB - and still holding every QB record there is - and then seeing his numbers this year playing in a dome....

Just think if Favre would have had the advantages that P. Manning has had in Indy? He'd probably have 700 TD passes!

I've always wondered what Manning's numbers would have looked like (he is a great QB, no doubt), if he'd have played real football in the cold outdoors, as it was meant to be played.....

All this really shows how incredible Favre's career has been.....it's too bad he tarnished his own reputation with all the theatrics the last few years.....

Oh yea - he still hasn't missed a start at QB since, like 1960!
