Sorry, just now seeing this. Been busy and haven't done detailed write-ups recently. Anyway, Hawk is correct on this one. Penn St. would like a slower game, but at home I expect the Illini to control the pace and push this one into the 130's. Also Penn St.'s D hasn't been as good the last few games as they have finally played some tougher competition.

I am guessing that it was and that the new guy is a typical new guy and probably hasn't even peed straight for more than a year yet. Unreal how many douche bags are born every minute. For what it's worth, maybe the dumbass should have asked you as you are right on with the answer. I graduated from U of I and do follow their b-ball program and they have played a very tough schedule and are ten deep on that bench and will want to run out in the first half. I got all over the first half line as they have had this game marked for a couple of weeks due to the patsy schedule that PSU has played and is going to come up against a real Big Ten team tonight.
Don't mean to hijack Poon's thread as he is a fellow Chicagoan and a helluva capper but fuck BobB. I am curious if his daddy knows he is spending his allowance on gambling, and not even capping his own games at that. Don't let it get to ya big guy, he will be gone as fast as he came.

I think BobB simply wanted to know the reasoning. Nothing wrong with that, last season I use to try to do write-ups on almost all my plays. Just haven't had the time this year. If someone is curious though, they have the right to ask about someone's opinion/play on a game.

I will let you know when I am out of line chief. You may have typed it innocently enough or so you thought but it came off as shitty to a good guy that does a lot of good capping. It was basically saying, "If I want your opinion, I will beat it out of you". Don't care how you meant it. That's how it sounded and I didn't like it and if I don't like it you can rest assured you will hear about it. Next time be a bit more respectful to those that are doing you a favor.

Yeah, I haven't seen anything from the first seven on PSU that would lead me to believe that they can manage the pace that the Illini will throw at them. I would like to think that Bruce has these kids on the right track. They have had trouble when they get sloppy and careless with the ball but I think if they can reign that in just a bit they are a top ten team. They have lost some games early that they shouldn't have but they are soooooo deep for such a young team. With Purdue playing well, except for tonight so far, they have the talent to punch their own ticket. I have ridden this team hard on first half lines all year and have found some great value when they match up against a team like this, they just love to run out early.
Purdue looking like crap right now.

tough loss on the penn state over...iam tired of these college games ..when you want them to score they dont and vice versa...this game started off like they were going to score around 160 and then nothing....get em next time
