need an opinion

don't follow hoops but was hitting golf balls today and local bookie was there--he was talking about prop he has up up and I'm thinking he made it up because of all the ky action he gets and prop is suspect.

the prop is over undern on Ky to win 3 1/2 games remainder of season (thru NCAA tourney)
My 1st thought is this is really line on over and under @ 2 1/2 games as if they have 3 losses going in to ncaa I can hedge betting on them to win it all.

Any thoughts??
