does anyone still watch it? I caught a little tonight, wtf happened between Sr. and Jr.? does anyone know? I haven't watched it in a few years. drama as always I guess? :shrug:

Use to love the show, but now that Jr is off doing a boutique and Mike (who I always thought was worthless) is doing art or something else, they hardly ever focus on bike building. Just not a good of a show.
Not that I'm a know it all, but interesting how Sr. runs everyone off. The other son that ran the Orange Country Iron Works you never hear of anymore as Sr. had a similar feud with him. Jr. obviously didn't have the greatest work ethic, but was the real driving force behind the cutting edge designs they did.
Just watched an episode tonight where they were changing the 'wrap' on the OCC trailer and taking off Jr. and Mikey's pictures. Sr. brought other guys from the shop to help peel it off. It appears that the dissension between father and son has reached a new boiling point as father reportedly is suing son over stock holdings.
The Times Herald-Record reported that a lawsuit has been filed in New York State Supreme Court in Goshen for what could potentially amount to millions in damages. At the beginning of season six of ?American Chopper,? Paul Jr. was fired after a big on-air blowout with Senior. As part of the termination, Jr. was supposedly obliged to sell his 20% ownership in OCC to Senior. That agreement is now in debate, along with exactly how much Senior should pay Paul, Jr. for his share of the company. Seems like the two can?t agree on a price, so Senior wants the court to appoint an appraiser so that the value of the company can be ascertained.
The suit also reportedly asks for an injunction that would bar Paul Jr. from ?engaging in competitive business activities and interfering with the company's relationship with suppliers.? On the flipside, Senior is asking for compensatory damages that could total more than $1 million, and punitive damages of $1 million.
The show?s success hinged on the volatile relationship between Junior and Senior, but this takes it to new lows. The on-camera disputes served as entertainment, but when father and son end up head-to-head in court, the only winners are the lawyers.

I had been recording every new episode on tivo until a few years ago, it just got old boring and stale:shrug: I dont like the fights between father and son, most of them were very petty. I think Sr. is an asshole and Jr. never really did anything that bad to get treated the way Sr treated him, he owned part of the company for god sakes. artists need time to be artists and Sr never realized that. I dont think Jr is/was lazy I just think Sr was an asshole. Jr is the reason the show was so successful. Mikey on the other hand, lazyass, I enjoyed his comic relief. I guess that is the end of the show. Guys,I live with these yo-yo's in my little village.Saw Paul jr a few days ago at shoprite in my grocery line.he was talking to a friend about all the litigation.Our local paper had a big article about paul jr wanting more then the 20%....what a bunch of fools..all of them...Mike went to school with my oldest daughter...Paul jr knows my other daughter...many moons ago Senior who owned " Pauls Welding" actually put a wrought iron steel railing in my house.That was when paul was into big time drugs...I was on the tv show the day they opened up their new store.I made hamburgers and hot dogs outside the new showroom..the camera zooms in for a few seconds on me flipping burgers...pretty funny..never watch the show....many of my friends are in it.A few yrs ago I posted here about the big fight in front of my deli between M.Wild and paul Senior.Huge throw down. Mike is bigger then paul sr and both were partners in making bikes...Mike gets fired and 3 yrs later paul becomes famos....Paul got 8 stiches over his eye.If you saw the show where they make the 1st yankee bike[think it was Posado's] Paul wears sun glasses and you can see the stiches esp. on high defination TV.
These guys became famos and in fighting caused all the problems....the empire is going down..the new store is empty and the t-shirts have stopped selling...if they had any brains which they don't they would make up and try to upstart there show...people just got tired of them...they stopped signing autographs in the village to people because they said they had contracts that didn't allow it...they stopped doing anything free in our area unless they got paid for it...tv might show some things they do for charity but they do it only when the discovery trucks and camera's are on... a few yrs ago Mikey promised to attend my high schools all nite grad party.We would pick him up,he would stay a few hours with our seniors and we would drive him home.We told everyone at my school..the day before the grad party I call to confirm the times for the pick up...he says something came up and he can't make it.....that nite my daughter see's him at our local bar hanging out...what an ass..h...they all are...

hedgehog, jr bought a house on main street,two blocks from my house..they renovated it,gutted it out and he was putting a boutiquette downstairs for his girlfriend and he was going to put something upstairs for his new business .Discovery channel was going to do a new series on him...but they told him the house was too small for their camera's..so that fell through...not sure if he broke up with his girl now....we have two deli's where everyone goes...the one I go too is where Wild goes for breakfast and coffee....because Wild goes there the tuetals go to the other deli...but the manager who runs the whole buisness eats at my deli..I see him almost every morning..I'll ask whats the latest.You guys know more watching the tv show...I stay away. and you right..if paulie doesn't come back the show will end...but he's suing his father for millions...

until a few years ago, my wife and I watched it, and one night jr and sr were arguing and I turned to my wife and she and I agreed, no more...until Th night when we were flipping channels I noticed the difference and then posted here. It was a good show back in the day
That was his buisness manager..Junior did go out with Miss montana and she moved in with him..but they broke up.Our village is about 2,000 people.It all started with pauls welding garage.Then they started bikes...pauls original partner who I knew very well od on heroin .Then he hooked up with Wild.Then they broke up..Discovery did a special on Paul sr on making bikes..then one thing lead to another and they became famos with a TV show.They opened there 1st place at the old nabisco plant..thats where you guys saw all the shows filmed..then they opened there store at the old A&P store which is 2 miles out of the village.The store was a hit but these bozo's wouldn't put in a bathroom.My buddy who owns ace hardware store next door would have to put a sign up saying no bathrooms..Now outside in the parking lot people from canada,the mid-west,south would come.The place was packed..and these guys couldn't put a restroom in there store...stuff like that shows you what jerks they all are.
Then a few yrs ago they built the taj...in newburgh..its unreal...on opening day maybe 10,000-15,000 people..That is when I had my mark Bavarro[NY Giants} mistake making hotdogs..I think I told that story before..I'll do it later....they hired about 25 local kids to work the store for the summer for opening day....then 2 weeks after the opening they fired all the kids..most thought they had summer jobs for the entire summer..thank god rebecca my youngest opted out of applying at the last minute...two of her good friends got the job and were so excited...they used them and threw them out..
and yes,many tourist came to the village for these guys...thank god its over..I always remember a station wagon with 2 adults and 3 kids in the backseat..with there car idling.They had New hampshire plates..as I walked by them they asked me if I knew " what deli does paul jr and Mike buy there coffee"? I pointed it out to them..they asked me if I knew what time do they get there". I told them I didn't know.They did shoot some scenes at that deli for TV...as I got in my car and drove off I thought.. what fools this people are..it was 6.00 am...
and this morning Jim the manager was there with a few guys...at my deli...He was with too many people for me to ask him about the latest...but I find out...
