I didn't see this movie in theaters. I rented it via Netflix and I am glad I did.

I know someone on this board said they liked it......


I have to say that this was one of the worst movies I have ever seen and I had high hopes for it.....

Come on! Dennis Quaid on a space ship with creatures/aliens???? Awesome way to start a movie IMO. THE MOVIE POSTER IS AWESOME!

The creatures in this movie remind me of the Orcs from Lord of the Rings (another movie I hated). These were not aliens - they were humans with knives sticking out of their back.

This movie was made up from pieces of Escape from New York, Aliens, Lord of the Rings, Resident Evil and any movie with Barbara Streisand.

Don't waste your time.

It hits my mailbox today from Netflix... Well, at least Ill enjoy the Blue Ray and 7.1 sound... :shrug:

How's the quality of your instant movie? I was under the impression in was near HD quality... Could it be my wirless internet speed? :shrug:

Brother, there is a hold new world out there that I believe you would enjoy...

I watch whales swim in HD. My wife is an HD snob... If it's not in HD, she doesn't watch it... :142smilie

I have friends that are HD snobs - I just don't care about high resolution that much to spend $5,000 on it yet. I will, but just not now. (Yes, I know I could do the same with less, but in my house it is go big or go home.)

It's pretty awesome watching those movies instantly. I like the HD too, I have a home theater system so it's pretty bad ass to be able to go home and watch those movies on demand too. If you find the right torrent, why even bother with the movie theater.

I watched ths yesterday. And I think you missed the a piece of the plot line...

SPOILER:

Those weren't aliens but modified genome humans who'd been mutating for at least 880 years seeing as it took 123 to get to Tanus...

Not good but I'm a sci fi whore so I liked it...

this was one piece of shit movie,I cannot believe that I watched the whole thing and the longer it went on the worse it got
