should be 14.5-16.5 and you don't have to be fat , it is really on muscle, had a guy a ss in college who was 6'1 175 tested out at 22% had no muscle.
It's more physical heath than physical appearance so the ride will be longer :shrug:

Not all true, it is fat around your mid-section that can cut down on life span. some fat is good for you, not going to try and expian it you can look it up back fat is showen to be good sign for longer life span (more in women)
