Lakers had the advantage the whole game 8 against 5. Five players and 3 refers. If you did watch the whole game you would have seen it.

Thank God Artest took the shoot if Kobe drives to the bucket it's an automatic foul call. It's hard enough to beat the Laker's when you have the ref's on their side.

Phil Jacjson told Kobie not to take the shot but, pass it to a bricklayer that way we are assured of staying with the program. Players making millions of dollars and egos bigger then anything, yet they want to lose. Maybe next you will tell me the Tooth Fairy is also real.
Kobe didn't drive because he didn't want to go to OT!! Been on the road forever they were winning or losing what is so hard to understand about that? Taking the ball to the rim and getting fouled is like hard work, wasn't going to happen! Makes perfect sense to me?

Why didn't the Lakers call a time out to advance the ball and set up a play after Conley missed those 2 ft's with 15 seconds left? 99% of the time the coach will call a time out in that spot but the zen man Phil thinks he's to cool and let's them play it out, by the time they got into they're set there must have been 7 sec left, Kobe got doubled...kicked it to Ron for 3 and he shot a brick.
Or maybe the plane had a flight plan for a certain time and they did not want OT. One shot win it or lose it so the plane could keep their flight plan. Sounds right to me.
Don't care who shot it was going to be a 3. They wanted the f*ck out of town. No timeout for same reason! No fix, no BS just wanted out of town which is only human, no?
