I am already sick of hearing about how Rex Ryan flipped the bird and comparing it to so many other things.

He showed his ass in public and should have known better but at the end of the day, who really cares. It just looks bad for the NFL b/c there is a picture of it. Do you think there is a player or coach or anyone here who hasn't flipped the bird and not thought twice about it?

I don't blame the NFL for fining him. Slap wrist and move on. Its not a big deal and its not at all related to Vick or Pacman or even Bud Adams.

Vick and Pacman both broke the law including violence. Adams flipped the bird at a game. Huge difference. Vick served his time and got reinstated.

I think what Vick did was disgusting, but look how some farmers treat pigs and chickens and other animals with severe cruelty. People laugh at PETA trying to protect some animals and then get so emotional because when its a dog or a cat.

That's what I can't stand. The hypocrits who hate what Vick did to the dogs but could care less that a baby pig is left injured by a dumpster to die an agonizing death. That farmer is no better than Vick.

Ryan is warming up for next year when the Jets fans are flipping him the bird. Reality will set in next year for the Jets and when they don't make the playoffs watch the F bombs and birds fly from him and everyone else.

I don't think they are great by any means, but I think they are on the way up. Sanchez is going to be a really good QB in NFL and they have running game and defense.

AFC East should be really interesting next year. Pats have finally come down some and everyone else finally not completely sucking. Vick in Buffalo could be interesting...

aint that the truth..

take a limited talent for QB at the Pro level and put him in the freezing winter temps of Buff. w/the wind howling around that stadium.

His #'s over the brief times he started[86 games w/a 53.7% completition of passes] were bad enough to laugh at..Now send him to the NFL's last stop on the tour..

oh and that Wildcat stuff..:mj07:

Vick did nothing wrong at work so why should he be punished by the league?

when you are hired to be the face of a billion dollar corporation there are expectations of professionalism both on and off the field..

If Authur Blank really wanted a horses ass he could have got one of those a hell of a lot cheaper.

While this may be true the NFL rarely punishes someone 2 times for the same thing.
