Pats have it for the decade.It really isn't debatable.
If Indy had won then 2 teams meaning Pitt. and Indy might of made an argument ,but it did not happen.
Yes the spygate thing in some peoples eyes hang a cloud over the 3 SB wins,but lets be realistic.
In 01 there miracle season it was just that a miracle season,similar to the NYG SB season.
They had the breaks(the Buffalo game,and Oakland playoff game to name 2) that propelled them to victory.
As far as the other 2SB wins.Easy.They had the leadership and the veterans at the skilled positions to show the way to the top.Now that that leadership and veteran status(Harrison,Brushi,Seymour,Vrabel,etc.) is gone thay have taken a backstep.
