Kansas City area for who knows how long....
Video of The Joker, in a wheelchair (as much workout as a treadmill?), winning money. Then the gang playing with dealer Jake as "Arethra" and "Elvis" sing at The Imperial Palace. Finally, RollTide72 himself on stage singing one of his signature tunes to the crowd's delight!

Whew... what a time. Got home at 10 last night and back at the office this morning. Left sunny Vegas for 10" of snow in Indy.

Tons of pictures to post and will do so soon.

What an awesome time we had in Vegas for sure. Even though this wasn't an "official" MadJack's event, if you haven't made it out for a gathering you have no idea what you are missing.

By the way, I do appreciate the concern regarding my eating/drinking. As most that have been around me can attest I do not have much of an appetite still. Just because I ordered blueberry pancakes, bacon and chocolate milk means I ate all of it. On the contrary it was a waste of $20 on room service considering I ate about 6 bites of the pancakes and 2 pieces of bacon. But I was on vacation and it was Vegas. It's not like I do that every day. My usual breakfast is a protein cereal bar and a small glass of milk (which still takes me almost half an hour to eat). The drinking, I'll agree... need to slow down there. Too many times this weekend I was told I said or did something and I had no idea what the hell they were talking about. Most of the time I was told to look at the pictures on my camera... :scared

Anyway, I do appreciate your worries... but know this... I'm not ever going back to where I was. THAT FOR SHOULD. :00hour

have never met ya but still think the world of ya..What does that say? It says you are one of the good guys who needs to continue on the path that you mapped out for yourself with as little deviation as possible.
When we accomplish great things in our lives it is easy to sway from what got us there. It's human nature as we are all frail in our own way.
The thing about "life saving changes" is that those changes need to be adhered to no matter the circumstances.
Moderation is your key to be able to continue is this fantastic new life you have enabled yourself to have.
Go through the collection of "stuff" you have saved through this great transformation of a new and healthy life to find an item that will nestle easily in your pocket.Carry it with you everywhere you go.Each and every time you reach for cash and or your keys you will get the gentle little nudge of a reminder of the tremendous dedication and sacrifices it has taken to arrive in the very moment you clutch it.

You are a living and breathing example of a life saved...The life of one of the good guys who enhances the lives of others.Lets keep it that way..
