On Feb 8 I went 0-3. That ended a 30 day run that saw me go 38-7-2. If I could forget the 3
or 4 days before and after the AS break where I went just under 50% because I was playing too many plays, I would be on a 48-8-2 run. My point, it's not how many games you play, it's how many losers you play. In the first 21 days I posted here at Jack's they named me "Mr 2-0". I posted a 39-5 record during that strech. I actually had one day that I bet 3 games and another that I played 4. Most of the time it was only 2 a day. That was back in the days when you could capp a game and have a reasonable idea how it would turn out. I used to be in Vegas a lot in the late 60's and that's where I met probably the, I don't know whether to use the word best or most successful, capper I've ever known. I was in my mid thirty's and he was in is late 60's or early 70's. He's the one that told me "Son, it's not how many games you bet, it's how many losers you bet". He would only bet 5 or 6 games a year. Always the same amount of money, 50k, and in the five years I knew him before his death, He never lost a bet. When things don't go right, I don't quit betting, I just get more particular what I bet on.
