Jesse Ventura is not going to run for President, unless it's a Vince McMahon backed publicity stunt for the WWE. Which it might be, actually. I'm sure as a novelty act it would be fun and good humor, and he'd get some support a percent of the country (I guess a couple here...), but he'd never stand up to the scrutiny a Presidential campaign would bring. He really hasn't taken the steps necessary to establish anything to run, and if he hasn't done it around here, he hasn't done it.
He likes going to Wolves games, living in other countries, doing his (terrible) conspiracy-theory tv shows, and doing whatever he pleases. All that would be gone if he ran for President, and I don't think he wants to literally go down that road at this stage of his life.
Let me just say, if you want someone with any real intelligence or level-headedness to run the country, you would not vote for him. Trust me on this. And he'd never carry the female vote, after some of his past actions and comments became fully public. Nor should he.
