I don't think it's as much about Defense as it is the Tempo of the game..I see Marq trying to run Wash Big boys into submission and that translates into alot of points if Marq has at least a decent Shooting %..
Wash is better at Perimeter D vs Interior D which would seem to be a Disadvantage to Trey Shooting Marq but if you Open up the Interior for Marq that is a Huge BONUS because they Will get their Open Treys regardless of the Perimeter D..
So with a Up Tempo game,Marq Inside Scoring and Wash usually giving up alot points in away games I like the Over...
