after almost every timeout, izzo OWNED pearl.......OWNED HIM......just look at the end of the 1st half.
then with the game on the line and 1.6 secs left, pearl draws up a play that can only advance the ball 45 feet to his laziest player, jp prince who has to throw up a half court prayer that of course he fumbles and comes up 10 feet short.
he had 1 timeout left.......a nice 40-45 foot pass and immediate timeout would have left him 1.3ish secs left and the ball at midcourt.
but, he couldnt think of that.
end game situations in college basketball......coaches dominate.

In slow-mo, maybe it didn't look so bad, but they have to make that call.
Damn, I don't cheer for Tenn much but I damn sure was that game! I like Pearl!

the problem was letting him catch the ball in the lane, defense wasn't there
