No dude you arent understanding. Baylor didnt lose the game. The refs lost it for them. The whole complexion of the game changes based on that call.
For one, that should have been Zoubeks 5th foul, so theres one of those great rebounders taking a seat for the rest of the game.
And secondly, instead of being down 4 theyre up 1, so now maybe they are not worried about letting a few 3's fly because theyre up 1 instead of being in danger of going into a deeper hole if they miss and Baylor comes back with an answer.
Duke can reach in all game,reach over the top,push asnd shove for rebounds but then they get every foul called in their favor when the opponent does the exact same thing,just BS.Would just love to see a game called evenly when Duke is playing but don't think we will.They get all the love.

we can play this what if bullshit all day--find a fucking guy and box him out..if you ever played basketball its that easy--Baylor had more athletes than Duke, jackass center was their least athletic guy on there team--the Refs weren't holding the Baylor players and keeping them from getting the damn ball. The refs weren't allowing Duke to shoot and make 3 point shots...I don't give care, get a body on someone and block then the fuck out

actually that FOUL on zubek would have put baylor UP 4 AND SHOOTING A FT FOR A 5 POINT LEAD with 430 left....and would have fouled out zubek at that point

I will not go as far as to say it was why Duke won the game but no matter how you slice it the call was AWFUL.
I would have loved to see what happens with Duke down 4 maybe 5 with FT and Zoubek gone with under 4 minutes to go.
You can argue all you want about who would have won but I have yet to hear anyone argue it was a charge.

Had Duke & Under,but they know Duke was in trouble if they don't get Lomers out of the game and if they would have let both teams play the same way.Funny how Scheyer gets nothing for throwing his elbow in the little tussle at halfcourt,but they give a T to Baylor for running up into the play,after the elbow was thrown.
