"Witness Protection" Question

I read an article that in Canada nobody has ever been killed in "witness protection". I was just curious if the same things holds true in USA:shrug:

I can't recall ever reading about somebody in "witness protection" getting killed.

Have to give kudos to authorities for not allowing anybody to get killed. You'd think that at least one time, somebody would find the person that "ratted em out" and kill them. But as I said, I don't think it has ever happened:shrug:


Also.....wonder if any madjacker is in "witness protection"?:scared

Also......White Shadow does have a point, a gov't wouldn't exactly advertise if someone was killed.
