Is there something I can put in my tooth until Tuesday when I get back :shrug:

Vinnie, CVS has something they sell that you can fill the hole yourself until you can make it in. I had to use it on my wisdom tooth until I could get in to the oral surgeon. He said he had never seen anyone use it before but it worked so who cares.

Had 2 snickers bars last night too :00hour

Lost 12 pounds since the program :shrug: I'm running 3.3 to 3.5 miles in an 1/2 hour 3 days a week do the weights twice a week

This is good advice.

Believe it or not it's not far off from what we use for temporary fillings.

Do your best to clean out the opening of M&Ms and pubic hairs from your frequent muff diving. Roll up a little ball and plug the hole.
