Actually, the Yankees were my only play today. I'm trying something new this year, it's called "being selective." It's not exactly my strong suit. :mj07:

I will say I came close to making ATL a play tonight. I think there's a lot of value with them at +140, but I didn't like it enough to make it an official play.

I can't stomach making a bet on the Braves. Their bats are dead.

Yeah, I don't blame ya. That was the main reason I laid off. I'm just not necessarily sold on Garcia yet, so I thought the line was a bit inflated.

Having said that, I've never been a big value guy in terms of just taking flyers on teams because it's "worth a shot." If I'm not confident a team is going to win I won't bet on them, no matter what the line is.

It's a good thing you didn't play the Braves, it's looking like Kawakami might be on suicide watch pretty soon here. :scared
