Blue Jays line is at +104 now? The last couple of days I've been thoroughly confused by the lines in the Jays/Sox games. Yesterday the Jays were +125, which seemed way off. Maybe Vegas somehow knew Peavy was going to pitch a gem, but I just thought it was weird that the better team, with a better offense, riding a 6-game winning streak was +125. I assumed they would be favored. I laid off just because the line looked like such a trap.

And now today, they open as a slight favorite even though all of the above still applies (except for the 6-game win streak)? And Romero has been damn near unhittable this year, while Gavin Floyd is nothing to write home about. Very strange...

Well, it worked out. Jays came back to win.

On the other hand, nice bullpen Angels. Blew my under in the eighth with a 2 run cushion.

3-2 going into the night game. Let's see if these teams can put up some damn runs and get me a profit for the day.

That M's game was rough. I don't even know where to start -- the odds of them scoring 8 runs in a game is miniscule. Even better, the odds of Josh Wilson hitting a 3-run HR are probably 1000-1. I'm not even joking. No power at all, and he's not even supposed to be on the roster. The only reason he got called up is because Jack Wilson got injured.

Glad to see the Jays cashed though. That was a weird game. Back and forth a bit. GL with the Yanks/Sox over.
