This shit happens everyday.
People form corporations to just sue people.
Takes deep pockets but can really pay off.
I know a guy who had some BS patent on using the touchtone keypad to spell words. He had an office and an attorney and me to handle his daily shit.
He sued every fax maker in the world. Funny shit was he would sue anyone he could for $10 million. Panasonic sent him $250k to shut him up. Ricoh sent him $300k and so on and so on. Some other countersued him.

Asked about the lawsuit against Wooden, the madjack administrator said in an e-mail Friday: "We ... are not responsible for what members post on the message forum. If someone actually did post their material, show us where it was posted and we will remove it."


Maybe Jack should just throw Agent under the bus.

Oh wait, he is already under it based on the stiff thread.
