He has been pitching better lately and that ERA is coming down.
Don't forget he does pitch better against the national league.

He's been terrific in 3 of his last 4 starts, winning 3 of 4, giving up 0,1 & 2 earned runs in the 3 wins. He's pitching at home, with the Yankees lineup facing a average to bad pitcher and a lineup that hasn't shown much this season.

Seems the number is about right to me. Good luck to you.

I would agree that the line was probably a bit high. Then again, the Yanks could throw Tatum O'Neal out there and they would probably be -200.

I think Chadman hit on a key point that not many people will factor into this game, and that is that the Yanks rarely have games where their offense mails it in. However, I think that's exactly what they did last night. They scored 3 runs in the first, then only had two hits the rest of the game.

Myers has good numbers so far this year, but I think sometime soon he will go back to remembering that he's Brett Myers. And despite him pitching well early on, he shouldn't have shut down the Yanks after the 1st the way he did. So, long story short, if the Yanks have a game where they don't show up on O, I sure as hell wouldn't want to bet against them the next day. Talent aside, they are one of the few teams in MLB that seems to play with pride.

Looks like Wandy is getting shelled, as usual. The only question is how many runs will Vasquez give up?

Yanks win going away. If you thought today's line was bad, wait until you see tomorrow's. Moehler is one of the worst pitchers in baseball and Phil Hughes has been killing it. I'm guessing the line will be somewhere around -320 to -330 by first pitch.
