I just received this email from my mom...
Monique was a year younger than me in high school....
Do you remember Monique Zat Silliman? Jamie thinks she is a year younger than you are.
She is a medical doctor, lives in Clinton, married with three boys (one older and twins). She and the 8-year old twins were at The Bluffs, riding bikes with friends last week. One of her boys fell behind on his bike--she went back to check on Jack and a 16-year old boy, hiding in the bushes, had attacked Jack with a knife, slit his throat, stabbed him repeatedly. Jack was still alive when his mother went back and she tried CPR, but Jack died.....
The killer lives at The Bluffs, supposedly a smart kid with a nice family. He attacked Jack and then went to a carpenter there, working on a house and told him to call 911, that he had just killed someone.

what kind of world do we live in.....I am just mortified how a simple family 'outing' ends in the murder of a 8 yr old.....
16 yr old.....murders a child....then tells someone to call for help...
What a horror story, just unbelievable.
so what happens...he goes to mental facility till he is 21, then out and in society....:nono:
