i wouldnt look too much into that..
theyre barely putting away games at home.. and i dont buy the whole fact that their a better road team.. this is the Lakers.. and its gonna be real tough to put them away in a game 6 at home.. and nonthless a game 7..
i think the lakers cover both without it being even close.
If you do then unload every penny you got cause the books are offering LA @ -110 to win the trophy. Why bother with -280 or -6.5 next game.
Ive seen em both at -110 and figured thats what the line would have been had it been going to LA 3-2.
Im staying away but my 2 cents are that Boston won the games that they were supposed to win. and now LA will as well. Game 3 was the pivotal game in this series.. not game 5.
In all seriousness. Bynum is done. Odom has done shit and Artest is a fucking loser. How bad do they miss Ariza's 3 ball now. Cant you see what Boston has done to them defensively sure it took 3 games but now Tom has the blueprint to beat this team. It is over in game 6.
Hard to take anything King 69 says with any truth he is just a Laker hater, Lakers win game 6, but Boston will make the correct moves in game 7 to win it in a close one.
Hater or not not many teams I dislike.
At the end of the day it is about winning.
Last night I cashed a dime 2H.:0074
wasnt there also some stat where the team that wins game 3 in a 2 3 2 format is 11 and 0?
one of the trends will be broken
By the way what blue print is that? Are they going to shoot 57% on the road? They only won by six and shot 57%? I dont know whos going to win but your argument is not very strong. And if you think big Whatever Davis and Co willbe the same on the road as they were at home you dont watch much NBA.
Dont post crap if u dont know what ur talking about. :box2:
Netminder, that's a big "if"...I was on the other side of KING and felt The Lakers took this series easy. That was before Bynum's knee became a factor. They beat them up in 2008 without Bynum and it's happening again because of his limited ability to go. Kobe has been Kobe but the rest of his co-stars have been less than stellar except for Gasol (at home -- bet the Gasol prop tomorrow night!) and occasionally D Fish. Bynum has done ok when he plays but he must give the Lakers 20+ solid minutes or else they are done. Odom is sleep walking and outmuscled...Artest is still a head case, les so than before, but still a head case...You gotta think that Ray Ray starts hitting SOME trey's in at least one of the next two games after taking a few games "off" and if he does, then it'll be tough for the lakers to get back in. The bench play has been the difference here. Celts bench blows away the thin help LA gets from theirs. STill the game is in L.A. so it's up for grabs..I have this sinking feeling that in either game 6 or game 7 the game is gonna be close back and forth and somewhere in either that late third or early forth the Celts get hot and run off 8-10 straight, out of nowhere and the Lakers don't know what hit them finding themselves down double digits with less than 8 to play. Then they try and scratch and claw their way back but it all just unravels before them..at home..Celts win. Garnett and Allen retire. Doc leaves and the Celts don't win another one for decades. I hope I'm wrong about how the series ends up but I'm just not sure..Nothing would surprise me, I just don't think the Celts fold here...they are made of tougher stuff than the lakers, even with Kobe's Jordan-esque antics. But even he, can panic in the pocket, unlike MJ and take too much upon himself and throw his team out of rhythm...should be a fun game(s) let's hope the zebras don't fuck it up any more than they already have..GOOD LUCK TO ALL!
The Lakers in Game 6?s since 1991 are 0-7 ATS off a loss.
