I noticed that shit link was one you had to PAY for the info.
We have one in Wisconsin that is a direct link to the court system, and you can look anyone up. I would think you might have that over there, too. Sniff around a bit. Maybe someone over there know about it?

Just an FYI. I'm sure California is no different than any other state. In Cali, you are termed a sex offender if you are caught:
a) urinating in public
b) streaking or similar
c) mooning someone
Not an excuse, but there are sex offenders and there are sex offenders. Before flying off the handle you can't assume it was a molestation.
Call the DA and ask what a Tier 1 offender might have done. They will tell you.

A tier 1 is where no sexual act was completed.
I found that by googleing "tier 1 offender" but won't quote it or post the link because apparently that's just as bad as being a "tier 1" these days.

I agree i shouldnt have assumed it was molestation. We did ask what Tier 1 was and they said it was that it wasnt that major of a charge. he was given probabtion and that was it. It was Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile which could be a number of things.
