I wouldn't expect you to have the capacity to think about what happened before 2001.
How far back before 2001--how about 1993 when Clinton was in and everybody loved us and they tried same thing  or would you like to go back further--DUH!

Evidently you are too either too young to remember 1993 or somehow think that doesn't count-nor do embassy bombings nor do all the other countries they are at war with etc etc. :)

Your lesson for today--show us just one country where muslims exist that they aren't fighting the others there in the name of islam.

Excuse me? You think people loved us in 1993? You really need a history lesson. I guess if it doesn't happen in Kentucky, huh.

This post proves that DTGumby doesn't read anyone else's posts in this forum unless they're directly addressing him.

How many threads have we gone over the topic of blowback on and DTGumby thinks he's bringing new information by mentioning the '93 WTC bombing?

Amazing.

It just proves he's got his head as far us his ass on this subject as you do.

Everybody loved us in 1993? :142smilie

We had already been overthrowing governments and inserting puppet dictators friendly to our interests in the Middle East for 40 years by the time of the '93 WTC bombing. We were only two years removed from the Gulf War and we had troops stationed in Saudi Arabia at the time.

Khaled Shaikh Mohammed was the financier of the '93 WTC bombing. You do know who KSM is, right? The same KSM that's credited with being the principal architect of the 9/11 attacks.

And you and DTB honestly believe Islamic Nationalists like Bin Laden and KSM were in love with us at that time. Are you f*cking kidding me?

Conservative version of why we fight-

twin-towers.jpg
Yeah, I suppose that is the "conservative version" of why we fight.

Now, here's the real reason. This article appeared in Forbes in January.

HOUSTON -- This month Iraq will finalize contracts with the likes of ExxonMobil, Royal Dutch Shell and BP to develop some of its biggest oil fields. These giants are among the world's last remaining pockets of so-called "easy oil." They don't require ultradeep drilling or innovative production techniques, just the application of Big Oil know-how. No wonder the oil companies agreed to develop Iraq's fields without even getting an ownership stake in the fields and collecting as little as $1.15 per barrel recovered.

Given the size of Iraq's undeveloped giants there are no technical reasons why within 10 years the country can't supplant both Iran and Russia to become the world's No. 2 oil producer after Saudi Arabia. Iraq holds 3 of the 4 largest producing oil fields of the future (West Qurna, Majnoon & Rumaila). Only the Ghawar oil field in Saudi Arabia is larger. These are mega oil fields, each capable of producing more than 1 million barrels per day.

As for Canada's heralded oil sands region--sure it's a massive resource, but easy oil it ain't. Oil sands require monstrous amounts of water and natural gas to recover and process. A barrel of oil sands oil costs roughly 20 times more to produce than one from Iraq.

I was just answering your question--

"I wouldn't expect you to have the capacity to think about what happened before 2001."

---with numerous examples--so why the rage because your opinion does not support the facts--AGAIN

Show me a country where muslims exist and I'll show you ethnic carnage.

Balls in your court--name just 1 country. :0corn

Since you were unable to--I guess your premise the U.S. is responsible goes up in smoke.

--maybe you should try--

I get it. You know your racism knows no bounds.

I'll say it slowly for you. If the US stayed out of other people's business we wouldn't be in the mess we are today. Let me give you an example. You know how you like your cousin, right? What if someone started messing with your cousin? I know she is your territory. You would probably find his cousin and take her as your own cousin. I know. What a couple of lucky girls. This is what happens with blowback. You fuck with our territory and we'll fuck with yours. I hope this helps.

So if I understand what is being said in this post, then we (being the USA) are responsible for all the worlds? problems, and if we (being the USA) were to keep our noses out of everyone else?s affairs then we wouldn?t have any problems? Am I correct in understanding what is being said?

Not the world's problems, our problems. Why do you think people are so angry at the US?

I thought it was just because we are the achievers?everybody hates the achievers. It?s like rich guys; everybody hates a rich guy, or a rich corporation.

I thought we did more good in the world than everybody else combined. I always thought that?s why we were so hated. We make them look bad and they can?t stand it.

In the shadows
Like Ron Paul said in the 1st Republican Debate,

"How would we feel if the Chinese Air Force Set up bases in Mexico?"

We, the United States and Great Britain are the Puppet Masters of the World. We have controlled most nations leaders, inserted leaders and have taken them out. There are those who want to trash me, Alex Jones, Ron Paul and others of the same cloth, why? Because they are True Voices of Liberty, they are outside the lines of the Left Right Media Dogma. Jones has the highest rated internet radio broadcast, he has more listeners in 20 mins than Chris Matthews has in one hour. Too many are afraid of taking the red pill and stuck on the treadmill swallowing the daily blue pill of life. What's cool? Being a brainless caveman, living your life thru beer commercials and brainless geico commericals with lizards and cavemen, more mind control. I will take any beating that any lemming here will try to inflict on me, that's fine, keep drinking your poison water and eating your poisoned food. Am I prepared to suvive, FUCKING A RIGHT I AM ! Let's see how all the thumb suckers get thru that ? They couldn't shoot themselves in the ass if they were sitting on the gun. Big things are coming.

Let us not forget, I did say something big would happen on the 19 or 20th of Apr. I guess I was right about that?

Why? Is it because we?re a Christian nation? Is it because we don?t give them enough money?

Ask yourself why do they have such hatred for us? Then go back through our history since 1953. How many times have we overthrown governments? How many times have we forced our will on other countries? How many bases do we have around the world? How many people have we killed in the name of democracy when we don't support democracies around the globe?

I could go on.

We are loved and hated for hundreds of valid reasons. We kill, we feed, we brainwash, we build, we destroy, we poison, we entertain, we inspire, we rape, etc etc.

It's a big grey mess out there.

Your wasting your time. Its all USA fault and none is theirs(spell check).Back in the 90's when Saudi Arabia ASKED for our help they got pissed.Ladin cryed like a girl when they wanted nothing to do with them.Who's to say when we can or cannot enter some land that in their eyes is sacred to a jihad GOD.

Pathetic.

There is no excuse for their actions but their actions are a normal reaction to US interference all over the world. Its a very simple analysis.
