Earlier this afternoon, Adam Schefter of ESPN reported that Ravens rookie linebacker Sergio Kindle won't be in Baltimore for at least three weeks. Regardless of when he shows up, he won't be participating in training camp.

Multiple media members are reporting via Twitter that coach John Harbaugh has ruled Kindle out of training camp. Harbaugh said that Kindle's specific head injury that resulted in his hospitalization was a fractured skull.

Harbaugh says that Kindle was staying at a friend's house, that Kindle woke up in the middle of the night, took a wrong turn in the dark, and fell down the steps.

Harbaugh has not ruled out Kindle for the season opener, but Harbaugh said that Kindle will have a lot of catching up to do.

Wait, wait, wait... Terrence Cody failed a conditioning test?! Seriously?! But that guy has always been so svelte! :SIB

He may ultimately prove me wrong, but I've always assumed Cody would be a bust in the NFL. You can sometimes get away with being overweight and having a poor work ethic in college, but that just won't work in the pro game.

EDIT -- In all fairness, I should add that he has dropped a good amount of weight. I'm just skeptical that he has the focus/determination to keep it up...
