SEC EAST PREDICTIONS

My predictions for the SEC East.

1. Florida
I think this team will be better without Tebow.
2. South Carolina
Gurley will be one of the top receivers in the SEC, Garcia has his one good year.
3. Georgia
Richt saves his job by beating GT by 30
4. Tennessee
Gotta put em here, Knoxville decides that football qualifies for work release
5. Kentucky
Only because Vandy is 6
6. Vanderbilt
Terrible, please leave the SEC.

Cocks would be my pick in the East, but have to play Bama and @ Fla, while UGA only plays Fla. Week 2 could well decide it and I like how SC matches up in that one(particularly early in the season, but going with UGA on top for now.....

I think UGA could be good team but it just seems that Richt never puts it all together. It reminds me of a coach I know...... Tommy Tuberville.

No different from the last few years the bottom line for us is Defense. End of discussion. Dont look any further than that becuase you are just wasting your time. If they take well to their new 3-4 scheme they will do very well in a weakened east(relatively speaking). If they dont it will be another average year with another average bowl. I can promise you this though, running the ball will be back in the forefront this year. I agree with you that the SC game could well determine which way the east falls. If history is any indicator we are looking at a 9-7 type of game, lol.
