I supported the right for the Gays and Lesbians to marry, but when Prop 8 was voted on, now follow the bouncing ball.... shit ! I don't have a bouncing ball, anyways I digress, No meant Yes, and Yes meant No, :mj07: :shrug: WHAT ? The people of California had spoken with their vote on the Propostion. Before you shoo from the hip and start calling people names Duff, dig deeper into the matter. How many Props do you want the Federal Courts deciding on? What's the purpose of even putting a Prop on the ballot ? Leave 8 out of the discussion. Prop 187 was passed by an overwhelming amount in the early 90's and overturned by the 9th Circuit Court. You can cast aspersions about these Props being racist and homophobic, but when the margins are so large like 187 or close like 8, where do you just say enough with these courts deciding what's best for the state?
