When asked about free fall of dems in polls and who in his org did he think was responsible for following agenda's that lead to it--

trillion stimulus-1/3 for social programs
cash for clunkers
cash for caulikers
gov motors
mortgage bailout for seculators and deadbeats
2 year unemployment
union bailouts
obamacare
supporting illegals

There were many in this country, including conservatives and financial experts, that said they thought the economy could collapse if strong spending initiatives and government financial security for big businesses was not done. We will never know, of course, but we do know that didn't happen, and many say it's because of some of these actions.

You are correct that he has no plan and discipline as fare as slashing the debt is concerned. But isn't the first year in office really on the last's guy economic ledger? Could he have come in the first day and raised revenues or taxes? Doubt it. Tally the first year to Bush and they are probably about tied on this ignominious record. Clinton was the best President we have had on this indicator in our generation. The rest of these guys did not give a shit about debt.

Roger I believe any admin should be responsible for bills they pass--regardless what year it is.

Again Clinton great example to what's coming down this Nov. "the people" were so pissed over his left agenda 1st 2 years they had greatest transition from dems to gop in history via GOP Contract with America in the Nov elections -resulting in a GOP congress his remaining 6 years--it was them passing the bills--not Clinton--he only had veto power- which he used on the welfare reform- however it was brought back and passed finaly--and guess what-- HE got credit for it--as well as 6 years of prosperity under GOP congress.
