I have been following Maryland and I believe that this game sets up for them to stay close or possibly win.

West Virginia should be embarressed by that pathetic performance at Marshall.

West Virginia looking ahead to LSU next week in prime time. They take this game too lightly and Maryland will make them pay hard.

Give me the + 10 points

I smell money and it smells green

West Virginia's defense suffered a blow Tuesday when Stewart suspended starting cornerback Brandon Hogan indefinitely after a drunken driving arrest -- his second run-in with police in five months.

The senior has 25 career starts and ranks fourth on the team with 11 tackles this season.

This was the worse line of the week as it opened at 13 and will probably end at 8.5. Devine is great for W Virginia but, that is all they have and he can only run and catch the ball so many times against a physical team.

Maryland will hang around this entire game and possibly win outright. WVU is the Big East version of LSU......a program that has continued to erode since an elite coach left and a wannabe took his place. I will fade Bill Stewart ALL DAY LONG laying double digits to any BCS conference team with a pulse.

Marshall. all I'm sayin. Marshall

Exactly

They were so lucky to win that game if it wasnt somehow rigged for them.

Their luck runs out this week.

Loved the way Maryland stood up to Navy

Navy had about the whole team back and lost to Maryland.

Go you fawking turtles or whatever they are

I agree that WVU's o-line is pretty weak on the right side.

However, WVU has speed all over the place. Maryland has struggled with WVU since they have gotten faster. WVU's QB is the real deal and I only expect to see him to be even more impressive as the season progresses.

I wouldn't judge WVU on the Marshall game---that was Marshall's super bowl and half the coaching staff are ex-WVU coaches that know the schemes/signals/check downs.

I see WVU putting the beat down on Maryland.

I am a homer---but, I am an objective homer.

Scott-

Did you watch Navy/Maryland game?

Navy had 27 first downs to Maryland's 11.
Navy had 478 yards offense---twice what Maryland gained.

Navy turned the ball over like 5 times in the red zone and should have scored at the end to win it.

Just saying.

Yeh I watched that game.

I had a lot of respect for Navy.

Maryland found a way to win.

Thats big for me.

West Virginia has lost too much.

Keep it in the 10 points and I am happy.

It dont seem too much to ask out of this Maryland team.

As you know this is a huge rivalry also.

I like the look ahead aspect of LSU looming for West Virgina next week.

I watched that game as well, I really liked what I saw on the offensive side of the ball for Maryland. They didn't hang 35 on Navy but they showed flashes of a team that's ready to pop.
