Some leans I have this week...

Kentucky +14-
This is the classic sandwich game for the Gators... Coming off a big rivalry win at Tennessee and have a big game next week on the road at 1.Alabama... Plus Florida is everyone's super bowl in the SEC East and they want to give them there best shot.

Arkansas +7
This is going to be a shootout IMO... Arkansas's D will have trouble stopping Bama's rushing attack and that will open up the passing game for McElroy... With that being said I think Mallet will put up big numbers against Bama's young secondary... This is Arkansas's super bowl and they will give the Tide all they want...

Oklahoma -18
This is a lot of chalk but I don't see Cincinnati stopping Oklahoma... Cincy's D is terrible... OU won't have any trouble moving the football.... Cincy on offense has the ability to move the ball but OU's D is built to stop the spread offenses of the Big12 so they won't get any looks they haven't seen before... Not to mention Cincy's O Line is worse than a Jr High O Line... I see OU in a rout

Cal +6-
I love Cal in this spot... They were just demolished on national television by Nevada... while Arizona won a big prime time out of conference game against Iowa... I think Zona will get too much love in this spot and the line will go up... I like Cal to win SU...

LSU -6-
Death Valley at night... I really think LSU's D is the difference in this game... This is a really tough spot for a young QB... WVU hasn't really impressed me this year... sure they were up 28-0 on MD but they almost blew that lead late in the game... I think LSU will take care of business at home.

Oregon -10
It's really hard to bet against a team who is averaging over a point a minute this year... I think there might be a little bit of a hangover on Arizona St.'s part from the heartbreaking loss to Wisconsin...

TCU -17
The Horned Frogs are destroying teams and poor SMU doesn't stand a chance... Sure they hung with Texas Tech but TCU is waaaaaaay better than the Red Raiders... SMU on D will be lucky if they hold TCU under 50 points...

Boise St. -16-
Don't bet against Boise St on the Smurf Turf... They thrive in games like this... OSU D will have a hard time getting stops...

Stanford -4
ND is coming off a heartbreaking OT loss... I know they are at home but they haven't really impressed me this year... They will continue to improve as the season progresses but Stanford will be the best team they have faced all year... They won't be able to keep up with Stanford's offense

Temple +17
The Owls are a good football team and have a good RB in Pierce... I think they are good enough to stay within 17 points of Penn St.

Brief but to the point Corley...here's to a better week...:toast: ...Fwiw I've got Florida from anywhere from 7 to 17. I'd luv to see an upset but Ky would have to play a near perfect game and Florida would have to turn it over a few times.

Adding another lean:

BYU +5- Are you kidding me??? This team beat Washington at home... I think the only reason Nevada is favored in this game is because of how they looked last week against Cal and BYU losing to Florida St... BYU is a good football team and think they win outright here

Went ahead and played the TCU/SMU over and TCU... SMU games are averaging 51 ppg while TCU games are averaging 58.4 ppg... Think there will be a lot of points in this one and TCU gets the majority of them... TCU 49 SMU 20 :toast:

Got UCLA +16... Really like UCLA in this spot... They got a solid win under their belt and are playing with confidence... 16 pts is too many for Texas to be laying here coming off a rivalry road win over Texas Tech and the Red River Shootout on deck with OU.

Oregon -10... I really think Oregon has too much speed for ASU to handle... Oregon has already been tested on the road at Tennessee... Oregon boasts the #1 offense in the country and the #2 rushing offense... ASU is 35th in the country in rush D but that number is a little inflated considering they played 2 cupcakes... Wisky put up 194 yds on the ground and I expect the Ducks to do more

Trying not to overextend myself this week, but that UCLA line looks too good to pass up. I'll decide later tonight.

Good luck! :toast:

Smith is hitting almost 72% of his throws and they are not screen passes all the time like old wvu the last 5 years, he has 7 td's 1int and reads the field great and stays in the pocket unless he has to move which he can, he will be one of the top 2 all time very very very good qb's for wvu up there with M. bulger. not playing this game but it could go either way not a cake walk for lsu by any means.

TCU -17

if they don't turn ball over this should be good also.P.state not a big off power nor do they hit lot of quick scores, temple should run run and run or think they will try and keep clock on their side.

I love the over in tomorrow nights game... I fully expect Pitt to cover the spread and possibly win SU... If this happens then they will have to put up a lot of points... Will wait and see what the line does before I make a play

Love the Boise play and may add more to it... I cannot believe Oregon St spent $8,000 to paint their practice field blue... This is like throwing gasoline on fire... Boise will pound them on the real smurf turf and won't let up.. Boise St 52 Oregon St 24

You're probably right, but I'm pulling for the Beavers.
